1) We only accept returns or exchanges if the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately (within one week) at email@example.com with details/photos of the product and the defect.
We will fully examine the photos and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
2) If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.
3) TAKE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
4) We are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be charged a 15% of the price you payed to cover restocking fees and the charges we accrue due refund from credit card company.
5) The buyer should be sure he/she wants to purchase the items before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
We may on occasion have packages returned to our warehouse because they were undeliverable. This generally happens for one of the following reasons:
-An incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout
-The courier failed in their attempt to deliver the package or the package was not picked up from a local depot within the time specified
-The package was refused by the recipient
Elegant Emporium is not responsible for packages returned as undeliverable. We will also not issue a credit or refund for the items in these packages.
